Please review our pet policy before your stay to help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for you, your pet, and all of our guests.

1. Guests are solely responsible for the care and control of their pet(s) and must prevent excessive barking, odors, unattended pet waste, aggressive behavior, or any other nuisance. 

2. A maximum of two (2) dogs is permitted per guest room or casita. No other types of pets are allowed on the property. 

3. Pets are not permitted in any upstairs guest rooms or in the Wisteria Building. Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly first-floor rooms and casitas. Guests who have checked into a non-pet room with a pet must contact the Front Desk immediately to be relocated, subject to availability. 

4. Guests must keep their dog(s) under control and on a leash whenever outside their room or casita. (Service animals are exempt when a leash interferes with their work.) 

5. Guests must promptly clean up after their pet(s) and properly dispose of pet waste. 

6. Dogs must wear an identification tag while on the property. 

7. Guests must immediately notify the Front Desk of any damage caused by their pet(s). Guests are responsible for all damages.

8. If housekeeping service is requested, both the guest and their pet(s) must vacate the room while service is being performed.

9. Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms, casitas, or public areas. 

10. Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant, café, spa, fitness center, or meeting rooms. Outdoor dining is available with your dog. Leashed dogs are welcome on the pool deck but are not permitted in the pool. 

11. Pet fee is $75 plus tax per dog for up to three (3) nights. Additional nights are $25 per dog, per night. 

12. Any guest found with more than two (2) dogs, any unauthorized pet, or any pet in a nonpet room will be assessed an unauthorized pet fee of $150 per pet. Management reserves the right to require the guest to vacate the property without a refund.
