We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. And in response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.
We provide ongoing education and enhanced operating procedures to our hotel team members, including ensuring everyone understands proper hand washing techniques, uses hand sanitizer often, especially after handling money, ID's, and credit cards, and seeks medical attention in the event of flu-like symptoms.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public spaces and have continued the use of a high-grade disinfectant.
We solicit up-to-date food safety recommendations and adjust our food and beverage services accordingly.
We have increased the use and availability of antibacterial hand sanitizers.
La Casa del Zorro Desert Resort and Spa recognizes that traveling can be challenging in today’s world, so we seek to provide the best in hospitality when our guests need it most and welcome you to stay with us as we remain resilient and ready to serve our guests.
Our thoughts are with those that have been affected by this unprecedented event including the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this coronavirus.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate these unprecedented times. We are thrilled to invite guests back to our beautiful resort.
